Undergraduate, Master's, or PhD students in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Genetic Engineering or any life-science disciplinary field.
Anyone wanting hands-on computational biology exposure beyond wet-lab work.
Those preparing thesis or manuscript work who need CADD, network pharmacology, CAVD, RNA-Seq, or cancer bioinformatics skills.
Basic biology background and curiosity is enough — no prior coding experience required.
Not a fit if you're looking for a purely theoretical course with no hands-on components.
Seven modules, each ending in a real deliverable.
30+ industry-standard tools and databases — most free and browser-based — covering your entire research workflow.

Hear firsthand experiences from alumni of Bioinformatics Research Internship 3.0 (BRI 3.0) who mastered real computational pipelines.
"Before BRI 3.0, molecular docking seemed overwhelming. The hands-on training on AlphaFold structure prediction, AutoDock Vina, and ADMET profiling gave me the exact workflow to screen candidate compounds and interpret binding affinities with complete confidence."
"The Computer-Aided Vaccine Design module was exceptional. We went from B-cell and T-cell epitope mapping on IEDB to designing multi-epitope vaccine constructs, running C-ImmSim immune simulations, and conducting receptor docking step-by-step."
"The manuscript writing project was the true game-changer. Learning how to structure IMRaD sections, present computational docking results effectively, select indexed journals, and manage citations in Zotero directly turned our project into a publication-ready draft."
See the concrete difference BRI 4.0 makes for your research career.
Registration closes on 20 September 2026. The cohort starts within 7 days after the deadline, so your seat must be confirmed before then.
The internship runs for 4 months with live online sessions on Friday and Saturday from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM (Bangladesh time), so you can easily attend alongside your studies or job.
The cohort is limited to 80 seats and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is strongly recommended.
Yes. Every live session is recorded and shared with all participants for lifetime access.
Students pay a discounted rate of ৳5,000 (50% off the standard ৳10,000), while professional or working participants pay ৳10,000. If you apply a valid coupon or referral code, you receive an additional ৳1,000 discount, reducing the student fee to ৳4,000.
When you enter a valid coupon code (e.g. from Olympiad 3.0, workshop, campus ambassadors, or core
partners) and click "Apply Code", you get an instant ৳1,000 discount:
• Student Regular Fee: ৳5,000 → With Coupon:
৳4,000 (Send Money ৳4,000)
• Professional Rate: ৳10,000 → With Coupon:
৳9,000 (Send Money ৳9,000)
Send the exact amount via "Send Money", enter that number in the "Amount Sent
(BDT / ৳)" field, and submit your Transaction ID and screenshot.
Go to the "Complete Your Registration" section, send the applicable registration fee (৳5,000 for regular students, ৳4,000 if using an approved ৳1,000-off coupon code, or ৳10,000 for professionals) via "Send Money" (সেন্ড মানি) to our personal bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number (01622488559). Then fill in the form with your Amount Sent (৳), Transaction ID (TrxID), coupon code (if applicable), and transaction screenshot. Our team verifies the payment and confirms your seat by email within 24 hours.
There is strictly no refund. All registration fees and payments are non-refundable once submitted. Please review the program details, curriculum, and schedule carefully before completing your registration.
Anyone with an interest in bioinformatics and life sciences: undergraduate, Master's, and PhD students from any life-science background (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Genetic Engineering, Microbiology, and more), early-career researchers, and complete beginners.
No. A basic biology background and curiosity are enough. The program starts from the fundamentals and builds up to full research workflows step by step.
No. This internship is 100% tool-, database-, and software-based. You will not write a single line of code. Everything is done through ready-to-use web databases and user-friendly software.
You will work with widely used — and mostly free — web databases and software: NCBI, UniProt, PDB, AlphaFold, PubChem, ZINC, Swiss Drug Design, ADMETlab, ProTox, BIOVIA Discovery Studio, AutoDock Vina, SwissDock, STRING, Cytoscape, GeneCards, GEPIA2, UALCAN, GREIN, C-ImmSim, Gaussian, and more. The complete list with step-by-step access guides is shared before the internship begins.
No. Most of the tools run directly in your web browser. A normal laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection is all you need.
Just a computer, a stable internet connection, and your interest. Before the internship begins, you will receive a setup guide explaining how to access every database and software tool used in the course — most of them are free and run directly in the browser.
Each module ends with a hands-on deliverable — for example, an annotated sequence/database report, a docking and ADMET report, a compound–disease–target network diagram, a DFT analysis report, a multi-epitope vaccine workflow report, a cancer biomarker analysis report, and a draft manuscript section.
Yes. Every participant who completes the internship receives a verified certificate of completion from BioPC Academy.
Yes. High-performing participants can be selected for Teaching Assistant (TA) and Research Assistant (RA) pathways, and consistent excellence can lead to permanent membership and involvement in real research projects and publications.
